These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Praise Adventures website, parent accounts, digital adventures, and related services. By creating an account, purchasing an adventure, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Praise Adventures provides interactive digital Bible Adventures and Life Adventures for families. Adventures may include narrated stories, interactive activities, gameplay, reflections, and collectible badges.
2. Parent accounts
Accounts are intended to be created and managed by adults. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity that occurs through your account. Children may use purchased adventures under the supervision of their parent or guardian.
3. Digital purchases
Individual adventures may be offered as one-time digital purchases. The price shown at checkout is the price applicable to the purchase, subject to any taxes or charges presented by the payment provider.
Purchasing an adventure grants the purchasing account access to that digital adventure through Praise Adventures. Purchases are not subscriptions unless the product page expressly states otherwise.
4. Delivery and access
Digital access is delivered through the Praise Adventures platform after a successful purchase and account verification. You need a compatible internet-connected device and browser to access the service, although certain platform features may support installed or offline experiences where specifically provided.
5. Refunds and technical support
Because digital adventures are delivered electronically, please contact us as soon as possible if you experience a problem accessing a purchase. We will work with you to resolve technical access issues. Refund requests are handled in accordance with applicable law, the circumstances of the purchase, and the payment provider's applicable terms.

6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass authentication or purchase controls, interfere with the platform, copy or redistribute paid adventures, reverse engineer protected systems except where applicable law permits it, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
7. Intellectual property
Praise Adventures and its content, including stories, artwork, characters, audio, software, branding, text, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Praise Adventures and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. A purchase gives you access to the purchased adventure for personal, non-commercial use; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying content or software.
8. Third-party services
Praise Adventures relies on third-party providers for services such as hosting, authentication, email delivery, and payment processing. Your use of those parts of the service may also be subject to the providers' own terms and policies.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep Praise Adventures available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. We may also release new adventures and update existing experiences.
10. Disclaimer
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Praise Adventures does not guarantee that the service will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device or browser.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Praise Adventures will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service develops. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
